In a safe and efficient manner and environmental friendly way to develop A lead-zinc mine of Wen Shan in Yunnan Province. Successfully solving the problem of surface stacking of the unclassified-tailings, put forward the establishment of unclassified-tailings paste filling system. To solve the key problem of unclassified-tailings paste filling system, combining the methods of field investigation, experimental research and theoretical analysis, to carry out the Material Experiment research on Unclassified-tailings Paste Filling and process design, the main research contents are summarized as follows:(1) The design of no tailings mine. According to the mine development goals, field investigation on the basis of analysis yields of tailings, mining method, air distribution and ore condition, proposed construction programme to balance between mining and filling dinner.(2) Experimental study on the filling material. Testing and analyzing the physical and chemical properties to. Preliminarily judge whether the Unclassified-tailings can be the aggregate of paste. According to Systemrequirements to carrying out the flocculation sedimentation experiment of tailings slurry for determining the type and amount of flocculant; the strength and creep tests were carried out to determine concentration of cement-sand ratio of paste filling material and transportation engineering parameters.(3)The design of preparation system for unclassified-tailings: paste filling.Based on filling materials experiments, according to the actual situations to design the process of unclassified-tailings paste filling, to select equipments for the system, to display them according to terrain conditions and processes.(4) The design of conveying system for unclassified-tailings.
