Study On The Input-output Model Of Ecological Footprint In Hebei

To promote the improvement of the quality of the environment is "13th Five-Year" period to achieve green development and the important goal of building a moderately prosperous society and task.In order to solve the problem of environmental pollution,the party and the state have increased the ecological civilization to the national level in the fifth Plenary Session of the 18 th CPC Central Committee.But in recent years,the environmental problems in Beijing Tianjin Hebei area are more and more prominent.So.The study on the input and output of ecological footprint in Hebei is not only of great theoretical significance but also of important practical significance.This paper mainly uses the input-output method of ecological footprint and combining with the comparison analysis method,taking Hebei Province as the research object,this paper first introduced the ecological condition in Hebei Province,from 2012 42 departments and 139 departments and 42 departments in 2015 input-output table,through scientific classification,further the merge finishing for the 9 sector investment output table.The two is to introduce the land input and energy input on the basis of the 9 sector input-output table,and set up the ecological footprint input and output model of Hebei Province in 2012 and 2015.The three is the ecological footprint of Hebei province input-output model,the calculation of each department direct consuming coefficient,land multiplier coefficient,combined with Hebei province's economic development and energy demand,analyses the relationship between the characteristics and the ecological demand characteristics of various industrial sectors.Finally,according to the ecological footprint of Hebei province 9 industry and three industry output of the province,with the "13th Five-Year plan" requirements,puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions to improve the ecological condition in Hebei Province,to provide reference for promoting Hebei economy green,healthy and sustainable development and the construction of the beautiful Hebei.
