With the continuous development of anti-counterfeiting means and the combination of multiple anti-counterfeiting technology,The printing industry's security level has been significantly improved.At the same time,scanners,high-precision scanners,digital printers and copiers as well as other equipment have become increasingly common,the cost of copying is gradually reduced.With the increasing popularity of these advanced equipment,the phenomenon of counterfeiting is increasing.More and more fake and shoddy goods caused a huge loss to the business and consumers,so the anti-counterfeiting technology is becoming more and more important.It attracted the attention of many companies especially the brand enterprises and famous goods.With the rapid development of science and technology at this stage and the rapid growth of market demand,printing anti-counterfeiting technology has been rapidly development,It has become a comprehensive applied technology of emerging edge disciplines with chemistry,biology,physics,nuclear technology,communication technology,computer science and so on.At present,Domestic anti-counterfeiting technology research mainly in the printing technology security,paper security,ink security and digital security,etc.,But at the current stage,many anti-counterfeiting technology are based on equipment or materials,this will increase the cost of the product,and some anti-counterfeiting technology has a great dependence on the equipment,which are limited to the promotion of anti-counterfeiting technology.Therefore,how to break through the limitation of material and equipment in the development of anti-counterfeiting technology in the future is an important problem to realize the transformation and upgrading of anti-counterfeiting technology in printing industry.In this thesis,a new anti-counterfeiting technology is proposed,which has great theoretical and practical significance in combining with image halftone dot technology,digital watermarking technology and grating anti-counterfeiting technology.It can reduce the dependency of anti-counterfeiting technology on equipment and materials.First this thesis first introduces the image halftone dot technology and digital watermarking anti-counterfeiting technology.And summarizes its realization principle and application characteristic.Then design a digital watermark coding and decoding algorithm,and It verifies the feasibility of ticket printing using the digital watermarking robustness,invisibility,security,correct verification and other aspects of the technology.Finally,the thesis introduces the anti-counterfeiting technology with variable angle and the anti-counterfeiting technology of grating,and combines it with the digital watermarking technology.It is proposed that the multi-counterfeiting technology can be applied in ticket printing.In this thesis,we combined the digital watermarking technology and variable angle grating anti-counterfeiting technology.And it can be used in ticket through digital printing method.The user can judge if the production is right through extracting the information which is embedded in watermarked images.Also the customer can judge the ownership of the product according to the information is detected through this multi-security technology,It has a better anti-counterfeiting effect.This thesis presents a lattice coding and decoding method for product information,which can be read by mobile phone.First,the product information is encoded correspondingly to generate unique identification information.It is one-to-one correspondence between product information and dot matrix identification information.Then,the information of the unique character or the digital sequence of the product is encoded to get the dot matrix image.The lattice image is integrated into the product package by means of variable-data ink-jet printing,giving the only lattice information for each packaged product.On this basis,the smart phone takes a picture to the bitmap image on the product packaging,combined with the technology of image processing that included the image filtering denoising,binarization,contour extraction and other processing,then it gains unique coding information of product through decoding algorithm,this information upload Server to compare with product information,if it is right,it can return the product information to the corresponding mobile phone side for achieving security inquiries,tracking back to the source.If it is wrong,then it return the product is fake.Compared with the existing technology,dot matrix images do not require a special labeling printing process,and can achieve mobile scanning and reading,it do not need to provide a dedicated reading equipment.A one-yard design to achieve the product's anti-counterfeit traceability,to prevent product forgery and leaking of product information.
