Aiming at the bad outlet strip shape quality and strip skidding during the production process of the eight-roller five stand tandem cold mill,fully integrated equipment and technological characteristics of eight-roller mills,in order to prevent the non-compliance with flatness and slipping of outlet strip shape,the rolling schedule optimization setting technique and the lubrication system setting technology were developed.And taking a 1450 eight-roller five stand tandem cold mill as the research object,the optimized setting technology developed is applied to the production practice.The main contents are as follows:First of all,combined with the feature of equipment and technology of eight-roller mills,based on the metal plastic deformation model and elastic deformation model of roll,a prediction model of strip shape was established.A detailed analysis of the slip model and slip factor model of eight-roller mill during working process were made,which provide the theory foundation for these models of the practice production and to guide the eight-roller five stand tandem cold roll production.Secondly,aiming at the bad outlet strip shape quality and strip skidding during the production process of the eight-roller five stand tandem cold mill,taking the reasonable distribution of tension and compression ratio as comprehensive control objectives,a set of comprehensive optimization of rolling schedule setting technique was developed.The tension and compression ratio become more reasonable,and the probability of slipping was reduced,so as to significantly improve the shape quality of outlet strip.Then,aiming at the bad outlet strip shape quality and strip skidding during the production process of the eight-roller five stand tandem cold mill,taking the flow,initial temperature,concentration of each frame emulsion as comprehensive control objectives,a set of comprehensive optimization of lubrication system setting technology was developed.The flow rate,initial temperature,concentration of each frame emulsion become more reasonable,which not only make the shape quality of outlet strip improve obviously,but also significantly reduce the probability of strip skidding.Finally,combined with the influences of rolling schedule setting technique and lubrication system setting technology on strip flatness and slipping of outlet strip,a optimum setting software for core process parameters of eight-roller five stand tandem cold mill is developed,typical steel specifications were tested,and the optimized result was used to guide the production,the control effect on the quality of strip shape and strip skidding is very obvious.
