Shougang Jing Tang 1420 ultra-thin tin Plate production line is the key project in the structural adjustment of Shougang,the products to ultra-thin tinplate products with the main plate(thickness ?0.20mm),its product type covers the General Board CQ,DQ,DDQ,EDDQ and tin-plated substrate t1-t5,Dr two times cold rolled materials,Product width 700-1280 mm,thickness 0.15-1.0mm.There are many problems in the production process of tinplate substrates.For example: 1,there is a large transverse thickness of steel strip,plate thickness uneven,affecting the use of customers;2)broken edge wave and unilateral wave phenomenon is serious,it is easy to occur in the continuous annealing furnace deviation situation;3 high speed steel surface production,there are more scratches,black lines,bright line defects,affecting surface quality and yield;4 The rolling process,When the export spin down shear,the strip failed to complete the threading process,in the 5# rack exit heap steel,5,the limit specification is not expanded,the rolling limit speed does not reach the set speed.Shougang Jing Tang 1420 ultra-thin tinplate production line is the key project in the structural adjustment of Shougang,is the Bao-Wu group,the only one in the domestic five-frame high-speed tinplate plate cold continuous rolling unit,however,in the production after a considerable period of time,there has been a high speed mill vibration,surface defects serious,difficult shape control problems,Cause the unit capacity can not play,product quality problems emerge,processing costs remain high.In view of the stability problem in the high speed rolling of the extremely thin gauge,through the quantitative calculation and analysis,it is revealed that when the rolling speed is higher than the critical velocity,the unstable vibration of the system with divergence is a typical self-excited vibration.On this basis,the critical vibration velocities of different rolling specifications and rolling processes are analyzed quantitatively.The way to improve the critical speed of instability is defined,which is to optimize the procedure and improve the lubrication condition.The research team proposed a rolling load distribution based on the principle of increasing rolling stability.Firstly,the load range of four or five racks which can maximize the critical speed of the system is obtained by calculation,and the other racks are distributed according to the maximum principle of power,which takes into account the dual needs of high speed and stability.In this paper,the emulsion formulation optimization scheme with the lubrication principle of emulsion concentration change as the core and the corresponding emulsion using technology are proposed,and the original filtration system and heating system of the mill are reformed,and the cleaning degree and the temperature uniformity of the emulsion are improved.The requirements of the oil film thickness and the stable lubrication in the rolling area as well as the forced cooling of the rolls and strip outside the rolling area are taken into account.In view of the flatness control and the same plate difference control problem,the simulation calculation reveals the transverse thickness difference and the forming mechanism of the edge wave,and analyzes the influence of the equipment and technology on the transverse thickness difference and the flatness control of the strip.On this basis,the lateral thickness difference control technology and the flatness control technology,which take the IMR800 roll shape as the core,are put forward,the strip edge drop is controlled to the 7?m,the average amplitude of the edge wave is reduced to 5IU,and the proportion of the defective section of the whole plate is reduced to 0.5%.The improvement measures proposed in this paper directly affect the production and solve the problems of high speed operation and product quality of 1420 mill in Beijing-Tangshan,the stable production under 1800 mpm limit speed and the 2017-year super design capacity 8% At home and abroad for the first time to achieve a 5-frame tandem cold rolling high-speed(1000MPM)continuous rolling 0.12 mm extremely thin steel strip,break through the original design of the 0.15 mm,broken band from more than 20 times the average monthly reduced to less than 5 times,to reach even more than the general cold plate mill level;Thickness and shape quality to meet the domestic and foreign Red Bull,CROWN,such as the needs of the highest end users.
