Regional accident risk assessment is an important part of fire system research,and it is also a way to judge the city's fire control and danger levels.The scientific analysis method is used to conduct a comprehensive study on the accident risk in Baoji City,so as to formulate an assessment system suitable for Baoji City.This is a reasonable and effective urban fire safety management,and a scientific and correct planning of urban fire protection construction to ensure the comprehensive and coordinated development of Baoji City.Important reference.In full query,statistics,analysis of baoji nearly 10 years statistic data and the cause of the fire accident in the data,on the basis of analysis of main components and their basic characteristics of baoji area accident.After study the existent research achievements at home and abroad,analyses the drawbacks existed,sum up the definition and principles of urban areas accident risk assessment,and with the help of probability theory and statistics principle,fire protection engineering,system security analysis theory,determine the risk of the accident.Based on the comprehensive analysis based on FTA(event tree analysis)and ETA(accident tree analysis),from the system and subsystem,the risk factors of the accident are identified,judged,analyzed and evaluated.Finally,the Bow-tie model of regional accident risk assessment in Baoji is obtained,and the related matters are analyzed.As a result,a complete assessment system and steps are established.At the same time,based on the evaluation conclusion,this paper analyzes the components of the accident risk management,and through the program design,the software is developed,and visual management of regional risk factors in Baoji is focused,the dynamic management of the urban regional event risk is convenient.
