Selection And Researsh Of Hydraulie Support For Medium Thick Coal Seam In Xiao Ji Yan Coal Mine

The hydraulic support is powered by hydraulic power to realize movements such as lifting and moving.It can not only support the roof,but also maintain its integrity.It is an important supporting equipment for fully mechanized coal mining face.In order to ensure the reliability and stability of hydraulic support,taking the 11213 working face of Xiao Ji Han coal mine as the research object,this paper analyzes and checks the strength of four link mechanism,column and top beam of large mining height hydraulic support.The main contents of this thesis include:(1)based on the interaction between support and surrounding rock,the support area and working parameters of effective support hydraulic support column;(2)technical parameters were determined,using the mapping method of kinematics analysis of the bracket four connecting rod mechanism,a running track and the top four limit position the linkage mechanism,and the four connecting rod structure was checked.(3)through the finite element analysis of the top beam,shield beam,four link mechanism and the base,the variation rule of stress,strain and displacement under the maximum working resistance is obtained.Through the above work,the selected hydraulic support can meet our company’s on-site application requirements.At present,the ZY12000/25/58D support has been used for 8 million tons in the 11213 working face of the Xiao Ji Han coal mine,so as to achieve the high yield and efficiency of the Xiao Ji Han coal mine and achieve good results.
