The thesis reviewed the researches and advances in the copper-bismuth sulfide ore processi-ngat domestic and international, and also carried on experiments on flotation and beneficiation--metallurgy process for low grade copper-bismuth associated sulfideore. Copper-molybdenum-bis-muth sulfide refractory ore separation, achieve comprehensive recovery of resources aim There is the cont-ent of research article. After the analysis of chemical composition, the method of flotation was adopted to recover the copper-bismuth sulfide. A mixed concentrate was obtained by bulk flotation firstly, and then the concentrate was treated respectively by selective flotation and partially bulk flotation. Compa-ring with the two results, the flowsheet of partially bulk flotation was better, and the grade of mol-ybdenum concentrate was48.35%and the recovery was only72.99%.bismuth concentrate was28.82%and the recovery was only35.49%. Overall, the concentrate of copper and bismuth can be obtained but their recovery was too low.An experiment of beneficiation-metallurgy process was used for further study on the separa-tion of copper-bismuth sulfide. The copper-bismuth concentrate was obtained after recovering molybden-um by the process of bulk-selective flotation, and then hydrometallurgical was used for copper-bismuth separation to determine the way of selective oxidation leaching of bismuth sulfide in hydrochloric acid system. which can provide bases and guidance. By the condition experiments, the process of copper chloride oxide selective leaching was fixed. A high quality of bismoclite (Including bismuth>70%), copper sponge, copper and copper concentrate and sulfur was obtained. Bi leaching rate was99.15%,copper concentrate was28.82%and the recovery was only35.49%.In short, beneficiation-metallurgy process was suggested for the separation of copper and bismuth ores, due to it is comprehensive and easy to operate, and we can obtain a high leaching rate. A good quality of product can be received. waste water and residue can be dealt with very completely.
