Longitudinal profiled plate is a kind of plate with variable cross-section along longitudinal direction,and it is mainly used in the field of ship building,bridges and construction etc to optimize the structural section and play an important role of weight lightened of structure.With the development of bridge and shipbuilding industry,longitudinal profiled plate is used more and more.Longitudinal profiled plate usually has different forms of plate shape defects such as buckling and bending after rolling,so leveling is an indispensable process in its producing process and determines the quality level of the product.However,the research on the theory and technology of longitudinal profiled plate leveling is still not perfect at home and abroad at present.So it is of great significance to research the theory and technology of longitudinal profiled plate leveling.In this paper,aimed at the dynamic change of plate thickness in the longitudinal profiled plate leveling process,based on linear decreasing leveling mode and based on compound roll system leveling mode the theory and technology of longitudinal profiled plate leveling is researched.The main contents include:(1)The elastic-plastic deformation principle in longitudinal profiled plate leveling process is researched.Considering the dynamic change of cross section thickness in the longitudinal profiled plate leveling process,the calculation models of leveling moment and leveling force are established.Based on linear decreasing leveling mode,the dynamic reduction models of upper roll system and lower roll system in longitudinal profiled plate leveling process are established.And based on the built model,dynamic displacement,reduction and straightening force of leveling roll in longitudinal profiled plate leveling process are calculated.(2)Based on ABAQUS and some 4300 mm leveller The finite element model of longitudinal profiled plate leveling process is built.By comparing leveling force of some plate between the simulation results and measured results and comparing leveling force of longitudinal profiled plate between the calculation results and simulation results,the error is within the permitted range and the correctness and the rationality of FE model areverified.By simulating the stress variation and leveling effect in longitudinal profiled plate leveling process are analyzed and the influence of lower roll system tilt and longitudinal profiled plate slope to leveling effect is analyzed.(3)Aimed at the change of plate thickness and the dynamic matching requirement of leveller's roll diameter and roll distance,a leveling roll system of longitudinal profiled plate based on compound roll system is developed and the longitudinal profiled plate leveling technology based on the compound roll system is researched.The finite element simulation analysis is carried out based on ABAQUS and the rationality of the longitudinal profiled plate leveling technology of the compound roll system is verified.
