The main purpose of this article is to truly reflect the current management situation of company L by the problems exposed in production and operation.With domestic and overseas Quality Management System and characteristics analysis of the company L’s production and operation,it aims at seeking root causes of the problems and corresponding improvement project,further,to achieve high-level QMS and sustainable improvement of market competitiveness.Based on the quality management as ISO9000 QMS Standard,TQM,and PDCA circulation,the article aims at the declining working performance of lading,the insufficient metering system stability,and the low yield of coal blending index,the declining customer satisfaction,meanwhile,conducts statistic analysis of data and deep cause analysis by relevant quality tools as fishbone diagram,Plato analysis,qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis.Further,it tries to dig into the issues exposed in QMS for higher quality awareness,constructive system of quality management files,and innovation of training system,improvement of supervisory mechanism,based on which the improvement plan for Company L’s QMS is designed.To achieve smooth implementation and sustained operation of the plan,it puts forward supporting measures as ensuring the leading role and creating good cultural atmosphere.At the end,it assesses Company L’s improvement of QMS against the initial set,and gives expectation of the unceasingly consummation of QMS. |
