The real time management and control system for production of detonating cord is an effective method to solve the problems of data acquisition difficulties,complex hardware and equipment management,unreasonable use of raw materials and low qualified rate of products.Therefore,the research of the system has important guiding significance for improving the automation level of the detonating cord production process.The paper will solve the problems in the actual production of the above detonating cord one by one.This paper first studies the production process of the detonating cord,and analyses the functional requirements of the management and control system,and puts forward the design scheme of the intelligent production management and control system of the detonating cord.The work of this paper is mainly reflected in the following aspects.(1)In view of the difficulties of data collection and hardware management in the production field,this paper studies how to use the host computer to centralized control the whole field production.From the aspects of system hierarchy,network structure and software structure,this paper studies the functions of data acquisition and transmission,distribution and implementation of production plan,product quality statistics and analysis.(2)In view of the unreasonable use of raw materials,this paper studies the optimization control plan of the detonating cord production planning.First,the actual production planning problem is transformed into the theoretical mathematical modeling problem.Then we will find the algorithm that is suitable for the model,that is,the mixed integer programming algorithm.The optimization algorithm is imported into the actual production management and control system in the form of DLL file.(3)In view of the low qualification rate of products,this paper studies the main factors that affect the quality of the detonating cord crimping process.The main purpose of this research is to analyze many factors that affect product quality by principal component analysis.First,this paper gets a large number of processing data related to a large number of factors,and then solve the problem.According to the solution results,it analyze the contribution rate of each factor to the product quality and find out the factors that contribute a lot,that is,the main influencing factors.The algorithm is applied to the actual production management and control system in the form of MathScript node.(4)This paper designs the interface and database of real-time management and control system for detonating cord production combined with the above research contents.The management and control interface implements functions such as permission management,alarm prompt and report generation.It complete the real-time data collection and display of production planning,processing and so on.The communication method between virtual instrument software and database software is provided to ensure the real-time storage and query of the required data.Database is designed according to production demand and interface content.
