In recent years,a series of environmental protection drum slag treatment systems have been built in Baosteel.It makes huge upgrade of Environmental Protection disposal capacity of liquid Steel Slag in Steel-making with the operation of this system.It also correspond to the increasingly stringent environmental policies.drum device is the core equipment of this slag treatment system,it works under bad condition and it has risk of sound explosion when handling high temperature molten steel slag.Therefore,the safe and stable operation of the device is extremely important.Electrical Control system is the operation core of the whole drum device.The reliability is the key to the safe and stable operation of this device.This paper takes the electric control system of drum installation as the research object,use the fault tree analysis,works on the four subsystems which belong to the electric control system.First of all,the principle of electrical control is analyzed for four subsystems of drum device.Secondly,the failure mode and mechanism of electrical components are analyzed.Establish fault tree analysis distinguish of four subsystems,carries out qualitative and quantitative analysis.The purpose is to identify the weak links that lead to lower reliability of subsystems and make progress.Finally,make the system reliability block diagram.Under the operation of current system to make prediction of the reliability,and verify the effect and improvement.In this article,the fault tree analysis method is used to analyze the reliability of the electrical control system of the drum device.It finds out the weak link that leads to the decrease of the system reliability,puts forward the improvement scheme,predicts the improved system reliability,and through the data contrast,the result shows that the reliability of the electric control system after the improved measure has been greatly improved.This article can not only provide help for the personnel on the spot to judge the cause of the failure but also provide the train of thought for upgrading the electric control system of the in-service drum device,which has certain application value on the spot.
