With the continuous deepening of the urbanization process,the population continues to gather in the city,the pressure on the centralized water supply in cities and towns is increasing,and the demand for water quality is becoming higher and higher.Most of China's northern cities are supplying water through reservoirs,so ensuring water quality is a very important thing.In the pollutants of water body,suspended substances can not only adsorb a variety of harmful substances,but also contain biochemical processes.It is an compound pollutants with higher concentration and more prominent sensory effects.In order to determine the content,species and morphology of the pollutants in the suspended substances,a sufficient amount of suspended substances must be obtained to carry out analysis and test,but the concentration of suspended substances in the natural water body is small and it is not easy to obtain.At present,the method of collecting water sample to the laboratory and filtering is mostly used in collecting samples of suspended matter.This method is cumbersome and needs to collect a large amount of water sample,which is heavy and not easy to carry.At present,there is no special instrument available for collecting samples of suspended substances in the world.Therefore,the development of a portable and easy-to-use sampling device for suspended substances is of great significance for monitoring and controlling water environment.In this paper,by studying the characteristics of suspended substances and analyzing the advantages and disadvantages of existing sampler,a concentration sampler for suspended substances is developed.On the basis of this sampler,the sample of suspended substances in the Biliuhe Reservoir is collected,and the validity of the collection sampler is verified and the phosphorus in the suspended matter is studied.The main research results are as follows:(1)The sampler is equipped with a turbulence promoter composed of agitator and guide plate to form a powerful convection cycle,which prevents the suspended substances from depositing on the surface of the membrane to form a filter cake layer,delaying the blockage of the filter membrane,greatly improving the filtering speed and shortening the sampling time.(2)An automatic control system is designed for the sampler,which realizes the dynamic monitoring and storage of data in the sampling process,and greatly improves the sampling efficiency.(3)The operation rules of the sampler were compiled,and the main points in the acquisition process were analyzed.The suspended substances sampler was used in the two seasons of summer and winter respectively,and satisfactory results were achieved.(4)Sequential extraction procedure was used to analyze the suspended substances collected by the sampler.The distribution characteristics of different phosphorus forms in suspended substances of surface water were discussed.The experimental results show that the reactive phosphorus content is higher than that in total phosphorus,which exists huge security risk.
