Maintaining the good water quality of reservoirs is the common expectation of the society.However,with the extension of the reservoir operation time,various forms of pollutants will continue to accumulate,which will seriously affect the safety of water supply.Suspended substance is one of the important pollutants that affect the water quality,and it is the main research object of water quality evaluation.The current suspended substance sampler,on the one hand,aimed at the marine environment design,the equipment is complex and expensive,it is difficult to popularize in the reservoir;on the other hand,the water collector is used directly,the efficiency is low.Therefore,in order to improve the collection efficiency,it is urgent to improve the existing suspended substance sampling system.In this paper,a sampling system based on LabVIEW and MCU is studied and designed to meet the needs of collecting suspended substance.First of all,this paper briefly introduces the background and significance of the subject,the research status and trend of the suspended substance sampler and the monitoring system based on LabVIEW.Then combined with the characteristics of a stirring filter sampling device,this paper uses the LabVIEW and MCU technology to design the monitoring system,and introduces the selection of the related devices.Secondly,the design of monitoring platform is introduced in detail from serial communication,database operation and interface interaction.The design of underwater monitoring device based on control unit is elaborated in detail from two aspects of hardware design and software drive.At the end of this paper,the experimental test and the field sampling activities of the system are carried out,in order to verify the effectiveness of the actual sampling environment.In the actual sampling process,it can be found that the system designed in this paper can effectively monitor the running state of the stirring filter sampling device and effectively control the sampling process,effectively improving the automation degree of the sampler.The sampling efficiency of the suspended substance has been greatly improved.In addition,the system can realize the preservation,viewing and exporting of sample data,providing effective data support for subsequent experiment analysis.
