Coal mining machine is one of the main equipment of comprehensive mechanized coal mining.The reliability of coal mining machine has become an important factor to affect coal mining in China.As one of the important parts of the coal miner,the rocker arm is mainly used to transfer the power of the cutting motor to the drum and drive the drum to drop coal.In the process of coal mining,the cutting department will consume 80%to 90%of the total power of the coal mining machine,and the rocker arm,as the main carrier of energy transfer,plays an important role in cutting work.The traditional coal digger designs mostly use 2D plane design,the design work has very big blindness and limitation,the design plan also does not have a very accurate evaluation standard to measure its merits and demerits,the design work depends entirely on the experience accumulation and the design personnel's knowledge level.Therefore,traditional design causes a great deal of human,material and financial waste,which increases the design and manufacturing costs of products.CAD,CAE modern simulation and analysis technology is used to optimize the design of the whole machine and key parts and components to improve the performance and reliability of domestic coal miner is especially important for Chinese coal miner manufacturers.In this paper,a three-dimensional model of the rocker arm shell and two axes of the coal miner is established by using Solidworks software.Then ANSYS is used to analyze the rocker shell and the two-axis static analysis to determine whether the strength of the rocker shell and the two-axis meet the requirements and provide relevant basis for the subsequent design work.In order to verify the accuracy of the finite element analysis results,the strength of two-axis and two-axis gear of the rocker arm of the coal miner is checked and calculated.Finally,ANSYS software was used to analyze the dynamic mode of the rocker shell and the two-axis,so as to avoid serious damage of the shell caused by resonance or subresonance.In the static analysis of the casing,the accuracy and accuracy of the analysis results will be affected by the accurate simulation of the actual working conditions.In this paper,the angle of inclination of the coal seam is 30 degrees,the angle of swing of the rocker arm is 0 degrees,the angle of swing of the coal seam is 30 degrees,the angle of swing of the rocker arm is 42 degrees,the angle of swing of the rocker is 30 degrees,the angle of swing of the rock arm is 42 degrees.The strength of the rocker arm shell is analyzed by statics finite element analysis at the angle of 18 0 4,and the working condition which has the greatest influence on the strength of the rocker arm shell is obtained by comparing the results again.In this paper,strength check,CAD,CAE modern simulation and analysis techniques are used to carry out exploratory research on the rocker arm shell and the reliability of two axes.
