Energy saving is a key of promoting continuable development of economic society and building a well-to-do society. Industry is the primary part of consuming energy and raw and processed materials, and cement industry consumes a lot of energy, so saving energy and consumption is becoming an important and long-term task,the key of that is improving grinding efficiency and reducing electricity consumption. The roll horomill belongs a new generation energy saving grinding system.This paper brings forward the superiority of the horomill according to the developing course, the studying status at home and abroad, the level and subsistent questions of the mill, introduces the technological characteristic and mighty function of the ANSYS software, and concretely research the structure of the roll horomill with a size ofΦ300 which is regarded as the research object of the paper. It is meaningful to replace the foreign congener products.This paper use the ANSYS to calculate the result of the finite element analysis. It obtains the colorized contouring graph of stress distribution and strain distribution of the three main components, these results of the finite element calculation have validated that the strength and stiffness of this three main components are adequate, and have opened out the static's characteristic of the three main components, and also have intuitionisticly displayed their dotty taches and their margin of strength and stiffness .In conclusion, ulteriorly the result of this paper will offer some important referenced basis for the optimized design and safety design of the centrifugal roll horomill.
