| The conventional deburring method for bathroom die-casting products is worker hold piece artificially to remove the Flashes on the vertical band-sawing machine.Not only are Worker holding the piece and the vertical band-sawing machine very close,which cause low cutting accuracy and poor product consistency and high rejection rate of products,this is also an important factor affecting the development of China’s sanitary industry.Therefore,it is very necessary to improve the processing efficiency of the bathroom industry and develop the automation of the products.This article is based on HNC-8 CNC system aiming to develop deburring robot control system.The main contents are as follows:Firstly,aiming at the requirement of the process automation of deburring for products of bathroom.The overall design scheme of deburring robot control systemt for bathroom die-casting products is developed,including hardware,software and The vision system.kinematics algorithm and the selection strategy of the large range of SCARA robot are studied in detail,and the simulation results are given.Secondly,the principle of automatic error compensation technology is studied,the robot module is used to compensate the error of the visual system.Furthermore,based on HNC-8CNC system,this paper studies the problem of trajectory control of robot with CNC system,The motion control technology of CNC system is realized.At the same time,combined with the multi-channel function of CNC system,a dual-channel configuration parameters and PLC module integration are completed.The application of multi-channel technology in robot equipment is realized successfully,Forming a set of dual robot control system which can control two robots simultaneously.Finally,the teaching software of Host computer based on wince7.0 system is exploited,the teaching and the automatic generation of G code is researched and realized.A complete verification platform is constructed to verify the function of the system.It is proved that the deburring control robot equipment for bathroom in the paper has the extensive applicability,which is of great practical value. |
