It is derived from Xi'an Noble Precious Metal Materials Co,Ltd,and belongs to the localization project of key materials for autonomous nuclear power station core.The development of a six-roller CNC high-precision pipe straightening machine is needed.At present,the new thin-walled tube materials used in aviation,aerospace transportation with gas and liquid pigments are used widely.The existing straightening equipment can not meet the requirements of straightening processing.The thin-walled tube materials are not been straightened,even it will make thin-walled pipe waste rate become waster.That require us to re-design the straightening machine,the new thin-walled tube straightening machine can realize the numerical control processing.At the same time,the processed and manufactured precision of the thin-walled tube straightened is high.The main contributes of this paper are summarized as follows.(1)According to the requirements of user,through the research and investigation of information,referencing to the previous defects and advantages of past straightening equipment,it put forward a new design and completed the parameter design of process,force and structural.Based on the ANSYS finite element software,it carried out the corresponding performance analysis to verify the rationality of all designs indirectly.(2)The traditional skew roller is a kind of anti-bending roller,which is not suitable for the processing of thin-walled tubes.In the past,the 6-roller straightening machine can not realize the full-length straightening of the thin-walled pipe.This design of improve of the roller type is based on the design of the original 6 skew rollers.The second pair of hyperbolic rollers are concavo-convex rollers,and the corresponding roller type parameters are designed according to the characteristics of the thin-walled tube.In the past,the straightening roller pressure stroke and pressure reduction can be adjust manually,which reduces the work efficiency greatly.The innovation of this design is the design of servo-driven.The servo mechanism can adjust the stroke down automatically,to compensate for the deformation of the rack,so that the rack can work stably.So the thin-walled tube can be straightened with high precision straightening.At the same time,this design also retains the manual adjustment structure.(3)Based on the analysis and calculation of the original straightening mechanics model,a mechanical simplified model is established for the equilateral curvature reverse bending roll shape.According to the new mechanics and bending moment model,Straightening force is required.Due to the limitations of experimental conditions,many theories and calculations are difficult to confirm.In the ANSYS finite element software,through the simulation of thin-walled tube straightening process,it can obtain the pipe deformation,and through the simulation analysis to determine whether the normal operation of the thin-walled tube in the straightening process.Then it can obtain the deformation of frame in the work of straightening process,and obtain the corresponding equivalent stress of each roller.Therefore,it can provide the compensation for rack deformation by servo-driven automatic compensation.The design of servo can ensure the stability of the roll gap size,and improve the precision of thin-walled tube straightening.
