The fault diagnosis technique of NC machine has experienced from the initial traditional manual off-line diagnosis,to diagnosis by the specialized diagnostic equipment,and then to the distributed monitoring and diagnosis system based on LAN,in part to enhance maintenance efficiency of NC machine.However,due to the facts that the models of NC machines are different,the types of faults are various and the workload of fault maintenance personnel is large,the effect of fault diagnosis based on LAN is not ideal enough.In fact,when the NC machine malfunction,more than 60% of the fault can be solved by remote fault diagnosis,which not only greatly shorten the diagnostic cycle,reducing labor costs,but also effectively solve the problem of fault diagnosis system existed before.This paper is to put forward the remote fault diagnosis system based on the Internet technology,which experts can remotely,real-time access to the fault alarm information of NC machine through the cloud platform,realize the cause of the fault,diagnose,and finally solve the problem of NC machine.Based on the NC machines of HNC8 and cloud platform,this paper develops a kind of fault diagnosis system and carry on the research on the data collection,database,fault diagnosis and so on.Firstly,the specific requirements analysis is carried out by the purpose of the remoting fault diagnosis system,that is,the data collected from NC machine needs to be the integrated and real-time,and how to use the data for fault diagnosis.According to the requirements,the overall system software structure,fault data flow and development environment of remoting fault diagnosis system based on the NC machines of HNC8 are designed.Secondly,the key technologies of remote fault diagnosis system are studied,including open API,fault data collection,fault knowledge base and fault diagnosis.Thirdly,the realization and application of remote fault diagnosis system of NC machine based on open API.Finally,the paper summarizes the whole work content and the current technical development prospects.The subject of the proposed is not only the improvement of the traditional fault diagnosis technology of NC machine,but also laying the foundation for the establishment of open,cooperative and sharing solutions between the fault machine and diagnostician in the future.
