Pond water quality is critical for pond farming.It provides the necessary living conditions for aquatic organisms.Due to the low efficiency of the traditional water quality monitoring technology,the consumption of manpower and material resources is large,which does not meet the needs of modern farming.In this paper,a set of key parameters monitoring system for pond aquaculture was designed to meet the above requirements.The system designed in this paper is composed of lower computer and upper computer.The control core of the lower computer is PLC,and the main task of PLC is to connect with the sensor.The Modbus protocol is used to collect the water quality parameters of the pond.The main functions are as follows:to collect real-time parameters,temperature,ph and dissolved oxygen parameters,parameter filtering,driving external execution equipment,and data transmission with the upper computer.The upper computer is a human-computer interface written by Qt.The main task is to monitor the water quality parameters of the pond and the running status of PLC.The main functions are:the display of water quality on the interface,real-time curve drawing,storage and query of pond water quality parameters,the writing of alarm limit for pond water quality parameters,and monitoring of PLC running state.In order to reduce the interference of the scene environment,the communication between the host computer and the lower computer is shielded twisted pair,and the serial port communication is carried out by using the RS485 port,so that the remote monitoring of the water quality parameters of the pond can be realized by the upper computer.The main work of this paper is summarized as follows:1)the background and significance of the topic,analysis of the research status and development status at home and abroad,introduced the contents of the chapters of the arrangement.2)overall scheme design.The structure and function of the system and the design of the hardware and software of the host computer and the slave computer are introduced.3)hardware system design.Including:sensor selection,PLC and its module selection and wiring design.4)software system design.Including the lower computer subroutine and the host computer module design and writing.The key parameter monitoring system of pond culture designed in this paper has been tested and operated,which can realize the real-time monitoring of pond aquaculture water quality,and keep the pond water quality in the appropriate parameter range.
