Air compression power system and nitrogen system play important roles in coal mine production. Air compression power system provides power supply missions for pneumatic machinery and mechanical unloading of whole mine. Nitrogen system can be used to prevent danger, isolate harmful gas, fire prevention and fire suppression. Traditional mine air compression power systems and Nitrogen systems are stand-alone system without networking and monitoring the parameters of power supply system, which lose the unified supervision of the whole system.In the context of the designed automation network and synthetic control for mine air compressor power systems and nitrogen system at jinzhuang of Datong Coal Mine Group, the combination of industrial fieldbus technology, network technology, automatic control technology, and computer management technology is proposed to deal with the above mentioned problems, for the purpose of coal mine air compressor power systems and nitrogen system integrated control and computer equipment scientific running, to achieve the optimal combination, parameters on-line real-time detection and intelligent control of the whole entire air compressor power systems and nitrogen system equipment operation.S7-300 is the core of mine air compressor power systems and nitrogen systems networking, air compressor, nitrogen generator and turbocharger are monitored through Profibus-DP bus, switchgear power voltage and current signals are got by the Modbus protocol, Core PLC is linked to the host computer in the control room via MPI protocol. Kingview 6.53 which support WEB browsing is added to achieve monitoring and management of digital system, to accurate grasp of system running status for Mine leadership and management. This system sets up an industrial field level control network with air compressor and nitrogen generator to optimize equipment and achieve monitor real time which realize operation and management scientifically of equipment.The field application shows that air compression power systems and nitrogen system can be automatically controlled according to the change of acquisition parameters. Nitrogen,air compressor and other equipments can achieve a scientific and rational combination, which make air compressor and nitrogen machine in optimum operating state, extend the life of the machine. The monitoring system has many characteristics such as easy to operate, timely alarm, intuitive display, easy maintenance. Also, field control bus data transfer is stable, reliable and good real-time operation. As a whole, this system can realize group-link control and unattended running, which is of great significance for guaranteeing mine production safety, mine productivity and the level of modern management.
