Analysis On System Of BF Group’s Social Responsibility

Enterprise,as the main unit of the industrial development,plays an important role in the process of promoting the development of civilization.Since SA8000,the social responsibility standard,was put forward,the competition among enterprises is not only limited to the company’s production capacity,product quality,or after-sale service ability.At present,many scholars at home and abroad have carried out a lot of data analysis and model-building work on the significance of CSR and even on the industry,but there are few literature’s on CSR system of a specificenterprise.BF group is a integrated enterprise for coal mining,coal processing and coal deep processing and utilization.The implementation of the work since the establishment of the company has been committed to corporate social responsibility,but in view of the various problems existing in the construction of corporate social responsibility system,implementation of corporate social responsibility of BF group is limited.Based on the research on CSR pf BF group,this paper carries out the work of the construction of corporate social responsibility system,so that the BF group will be able to carry out the work of corporate social responsibility more planning,more timely,and achieve better development.Firstly,this paper introduces the related theory and research results,.With the analysis of a number of scholars’ concepts on the interpretation of CSR,this paper finds the fittest concept of corporate social responsibility as the foundation,analyzes the research achievements of social responsibilities of domestic and foreign enterprises and mainly discusses research on relationship between business ethics and social responsibility,charity and social responsibility,legal responsibility and social responsibility,and employees and social responsibility,and also the evaluation system of enterprise social responsibility systematically,providing the basis for the study of this thesis.Secondly,the current status of the social responsibility of BF group and its fulfillment is analyzed and studied in detail from three aspects,which are economic level,environmental level and social level.From the economic level,this paper focuses on the analysis of the BF group’s work on education poverty alleviation,poverty alleviation assistance,disaster relief and so on.From the environmental level,it carries out the detailed introduction and analysis of the specific work in waste gas,waste liquid and waste residue waste treatment.From the level of society,it focuses the company’s work on solving idle labor employment problems,ask performing taxpayer duties,and promoting the development of peripheral industries,and that carrying out how corporate social responsibility helps the development of BF group.Finally,the corporate social responsibility system of BF group is constructed.In this chapter,we mainly introduce the necessity and feasibility of the construction,the principles and the contents of the framework,and the construction of evaluation indexes.Regarding the necessity and feasibility of corporate social responsibility system,BF group has done a lot of work,so the construction of corporate social responsibility system of BF group company aims at better implement of the social responsibility and performance analysis,helping to find the basis for the implementation of corporate social responsibility and the direction of improvement work.The principle and the whole idea of corporate social responsibility system construction of BF grgup,should be in line with the principle of scientific,open and systematic,in building ideas put forward on the outer ring and the inner ring outer ring frame,is the construction of corporate social responsibility on the overall deployment,the inner part of corporate social responsibility implementation,therefore the inner ring outer ring is embodied,the outer ring is a ring of the building form,the two are inseparable.In the construction of corporate social responsibility system of BF group,from the group level reconstruction of the organization,and put forward the idea of setting up the A corporation social responsibility management department,and based on the organizational structure on the corporate social responsibility and perfect the control system of BF group company.In the construction of BF group corporate social responsibility index system,from the construction of model selection,the index system of two aspects of BF group corporate social responsibility index system were described,and the evaluation of the enterprise in 2015 2016,the results of the index system were analyzed to verify the feasibility of the index system.This paper is based on the actual development situation of BF company and its work related to corporate social responsibility,based on corporate social responsibility for the purpose of promoting the development of enterprises,the corporate social responsibility system are well integrated into the organization management system of BF group company,which is not sudden,either redundant.BF group in the original business at the same time,further reflects the meaning and connotation of constructing the frame of corporate social responsibility system of BF group.
