Nowadays,more and more enterprises are paying attention to performance evaluation.Facing the increasingly fierce market competition environment,enterprises urgently need to apply scientific theories and methods to re-examine and reflect on the shortcomings of their own enterprises.A relatively scientific and comprehensive performance evaluation system can effectively motivate employees,mobilize their work enthusiasm,and ultimately promote the development of the company by improving their performance level,enhancing the competitive strength of the enterprise in the market.In this study,employees in the chemical production workshop of H Company are the main research objects.Firstly,this article introduces the research background,research content,core concepts,and related theories.Through reviewing relevant performance appraisal research reviews at home and abroad,it analyzes the existing research results,expounds the content that this study can learn from and reference,analyzes the feasibility of this study,and clarifies the research value;Secondly,it introduces the general situation of H Company,the basic situation of employees in the production workshop,and the current situation of performance appraisal for employees in the production workshop.It uses a combination of questionnaire survey and on-site interviews to conduct research.Through the collection and collation of research data,it analyzes the existing problems in the current performance appraisal system for employees in the chemical production workshop of H Company and the reasons for these problems;Then,based on the actual situation,propose corresponding optimization ideas and principles,establish a complete performance appraisal index system,and integrate the analytic hierarchy process into the performance appraisal process to calculate the index weight.On the basis of solving the above problems,propose practical optimization methods for the performance appraisal system of employees in the chemical production workshop of H Company,and formulate corresponding safeguard measures.Through organizational,institutional,and cultural safeguards,it lays the foundation for H Company to build an effective,scientific,and standardized performance appraisal system that takes into account operability and flexibility.Finally,it summarizes the research conclusions of this article,analyzes the existing shortcomings,and proposes prospects.Through in-depth study of the problems existing in the existing performance appraisal system of employees in the chemical production workshop of H Company,this paper proposes corresponding optimization measures to solve these problems,so as to mobilize the subjective initiative and cohesion of employees,promote the high-quality and sustainable development of the chemical production workshop of H Company,and finally achieve its own business strategic objectives.Based on the results of this study,it is also of reference significance to solve the problems of employee performance appraisal in other relevant production enterprises.
