The development of advanced manufacturing technology meets the automation requirements of components assembly and production process.The parts of motorcycle one-way clutch are all very small size parts and have high assembling accuracy.At present,the manual assembly method is adopted in enterprises.The mass production problem is caused by the low of assembly efficiency.Developping a kind of automatic mechanical equipment is an effective method to improve the production efficiency and it can be applied to the automatic feeding and assembly of parts of motorcycle one-way clutch.Therefore,this paper mainly studies the solution to the problems of the design of the automatic assemble machine for motorcycle one-way clutch and its key technology.This paper mainly studies the key technologies and technical difficulties of the one-way clutch,the design of process,whole machine and the trial production of the prototype.The main work and innovative research include: Based on the analysis of the key technology and the assembly requirements for one-way clutch,the assembly schemes of the components for one-way clutch were compared and the technical difficulties were analyzed.According to the technical difficulties and assembly requirements,the principle and scheme of automatic mechanical equipment were analyzed,and the automatic assembly of one-way clutch process was designed.The structure design of automatic assembly machine,model selection calculation and analysis of key components,pneumatic circuit and control system design were carried out,and the design scheme of automatic assembly machine was obtained.Through the motion simulation analysis of each station of the automatic assembly machine,the feasibility of the design scheme of the automatic assembly machine was verified.It could effectively avoid the equipment in the actual design,processing and assembly of major errors,and the design process was simplified,the development cycle was shortened,and the development cost was reduced.The prototype and test analysis of automatic assembly machine were carried out,the process parameters of each actuator was optimized,The working parameters of the vibration disk and the threshold value of the safety warning system were set,and the optimum parameters for safe and reliable operation of one-way automatic assembly machine were obtained.Comprehensive application of electromechanical integration theory,automatic control theory and PLC technology,The automatic assembly line of one-way clutch was developed.The automatic loading and assembly of the components of the motorcycle for one-way clutch is realized by the developed automatic assembly machine for one-way clutch.The stability and reliability of the one-way clutch automatic assembly machine is verified by the prototype trials and experimental analysis,and the assembly efficiency is 2-3 times higher than that of the manual.At the same time,the production labor force is liberated in a certain extent,and the economic efficiency of enterprises is improved.At present,there is no relevant equipment in the field of automatic machine product design,so it has high economic value and social value.The research methods and contents of the equipment have certain reference value for the development of related automatic equipment.
