| Under the global market circumstance of Oil & Gas industry still in a predicament,the oil price remains depressed and the production supply exceeds demands,the oil companies keep on decreasing investment in exploration and development,the requirements of oilfield operation services decline sharply,and oilfield service companies face the shrinkage issues both in quantity and price.Therefore,reducing operation costs and enhancing supply flexibility are the important measures for corporations to increasing the market competitive abilities.Furthermore,procurement cost and efficiency are the key factors to effect the cost and elasticity of corporation.As a result,it will have practical guiding significance to research and improvement on the key factors.In this thesis,the procurement management(hereinafter as PM)of C oilfield service company is the object.Firstly,based on the current situation of PM,it systematically analyzes the problems in PM mode and organization structure design,PM process,supplier management and procurement business features etc.And dissect the causes which effect on procurement cost and efficient.Secondly,it proposes to bring in collecting-distributing procurement organization,set up differentiation procurement process,scientifically implement procurement strategy based on products positioning analysis,and enhance procurement standardization management,perfection the system of procurement performance appraisal and improvement plan of increasing procurement efficiency by informatization.Finally,based on the analysis on the implementation effect of the improvement plan,it is verified that the improvement plan is effective in reducing the procurement cost and increasing the procurement efficiency.In spite of this thesis is an individual case research on PM of C oilfield service company,the optimized improvement plan can be used for reference to for other corporations in this industry as well. |
