With the flourishment of the large-scale assembly and manufacturing industry,especially in aerospace and rail transportation manufacturing.The importance of large-scale precision measurement and positioning technology has become increasingly prominent,it is now being viewed as an indispensable means of ensuring the quality of manufacturing.However,traditional measuring instruments fail to balance the accuracy requirements and range requirements,therefore their overall performance can't meet the needs of industrial sites.Workspace measuring and positioning system(wMPS)is a novel photoelectric scanning measurement system based on the intersection measuring principle.It is a network-architecture measuring system consists of several transmitters with several receivers working in the same time.Therefore it has a very large measurement space as well as a very high accuracy,and can work in real time.And it significantly improved the working efficiency.At present,most research focus on the static measurement performance and error compensation.However,there has no detailed research or solution about the dynamic measurement error of the system so far.Based on the current workspace measuring and positioning system,this article qualitatively analyzed the dynamic measurement error model of the system,and from the perspective of engineering applications reduce the dynamic measurement error via promoting the performance of signal processor,and carry out the experiments to verify that the design can significantly improve the dynamic measurement performance of wMPS.The main contents of the paper are as follows:1?Introduced the main large-scale three-dimensional space measurement and positioning system at this stage,analyzed the present situation and limitations of wMPS.And gave detailed analyzation of the system's dynamic measurement characteristic based on its measuring principle,and qualitatively analyzed the main dynamic measurement error source,and proposed to design a new signal processor based on Zynq platform as a resolution.2?gave detailed introduction of the newest Zynq platform from Xilinx,and divided the hardware design and software design of the signal processor according to the characteristic of Zynq.gave the central module design of the logic circuit in programmable logic,and the overall process and the core of the pulse-matching algorithm in the software part on the processor.3?Built the engineering prototype of according to the hardware and software design,and used wMPS as a platform to verify that the high-accuracy signal processor significantly improved the dynamic measuring accuracy of the system via comparing the straightness of high precision rails.
