End-Of-Life vehicle increased a lot recently in China therefore there is series of environment friendly handling policy about End-Of-Life vehicle.Car is expensive with complicated product structure and lots of spare parts.It will recreate value and minimize environment pollution if we can recycle and remanufacture the End-Of-Life vehicle.So,how to recycle End-Of-Life vehicle from end users to car remanufacturing center in most efficient way becomes popular topic in this industry.This paper researches on how to integrate and optimize the reverse logistics for End-Of-Life vehicle.First of all,analyze the advantages and disadvantages of the three kinds of the traditional take-back mode based on the theory of comparative advantage and value chain theory,what three kinds of the traditional recovery mode include the Manufacturer Take-back mode,Third-Party Take-back mode and Professional Take-back mode.Discussing obvious advantages of various recycling enterprise in the reverse logistics value chain link,and put forward to a method that integrated advantages of the value chain to construct a Integrated Take-back mode of reverse logistics.And through comparing the cost and benefit quantitative with the traditional three modes,found that net income of Integrated Take-back mode is better than the three traditional take-back modes.Secondly,in order to verify the feasibility of operation process from Integrated Take-back mode.The paper used the theory of Petri net to build the model of operation process from integrated recovery mode.And using incidence matrix method to analyze the performance of the proposed Petri net model,through the analysis of its accessibility,activity and boundedness,It was proved that the operation process of Integrated Take-back mode is feasible.Finally,Planing the reverse logistics network of integrated recycling mode for ake-back mode of End-Of-Life vehicles.It’s a routine-location problem to optimize the reverse logistics network,and a mix integer linear programming(MILP)model was developed to describe it.The optimal layout of a reality-based case was determined by solving the MILP model.This Integrated Take-back mode of End-Of-Life vehicles reverse logistics,can provide methods and Suggestions for government decision-making,then there are important guiding significance for promoting our country to establish the system of End-Of-Life vehicles reverse logistics.
