| Waste recycling is the issue the manufacturing enterprises should be faced, and the mainly mode is that the wastes are mainly collected by manual labour, stacked up in some special storage area and then shipped to somewhere. But this method is of labor-intensive, low efficiency and secondary pollution, etc. The better waste recycling mode and reverse logistics will reduce the environment’s pollution and the waste of resources with its unsuitable logistics in the enterprises, and also reduce the cost of waste process and improve the enterprise performance effectively. The waste recycling mode and its collection equipment of one machining enterprise are researched and the details are as follows:(1) This paper described the theory of sustainable development, circular economy and the reverse logistics, and indicated the importance to enhance the waste recycling management in the enterprise with the strengthened social environmental awareness. Recycling the wastes in the machining enterprise is the important method to reduce the pressure of the environmental and the resource supply.(2) The logistics mode of the wastes recycling in the machining enterprise(NFYH)has been analyzed in this paper. The problem and the driving factors of the wastes recycling process has been indicated and the waste recycling mode also has been concluded. Based on the analysis of one machining enterprise’s wastes recycling conditions, the waste recycling system has been established, while its recycling process has been optimized. At the same time, the enterprise’s actively measures has been proposed.(3) The machining enterprise’s(NFYH) waste collecting system has been researched and developed. The problem of the waste collection has been analyzed and the collection mode with the electrical collecting vehicle has been proposed. The electrical collecting vehicle has been developed and the standard collection box has been optimized by the TRIZ theory. Compared with the traditional recycling mode,the new mode is of economical efficiency, effectiveness of environment protection and management efficiency, as well as promotion the corporate image.The conclusion of this research and the system application’s outlook has been presented. It indicates that this research should be one of new references for the machining enterprise to manage or select the waste reverse logistics recycling mode. |
