With the use of composite material products in the military and civilian industries becoming more and more widely,the efficiency and automation of the filament winding machine need to be improved.At present,Germany and other countries on the winding machine research and manufacturing have entered a mature stage and its degree of automation and integration is higher than others.However,other countries have been implementing technical barriers to our country,so we need to explore the research and innovation of winding machine.Through the analysis of the present situation of the filament winding machine at home and abroad,it is found that although the current winding machine has entered the mature stage of development,there are still some shortcomings.It includes that we cannot hang the fiber automatically and still rely on artificial suspension of fiber bundles.Then,the function of automatic replacement of the core mold has not yet been achieved,and manual replacement and installation of new core molds are required.In order to make the winding machine more automated and more efficient,this topic is designed and researched for the automatically hanging fiber mechanism.First,according to the production needs and work environment,put forward a number of feasible hanging fiber plans,and then evaluate them to select the better one.After that,the details of the automatically hanging fiber mechanism have been designed and the simulation has been implemented.Finally,finite element analysis and optimization of key components are carried out.The main work of this topic is as follows:(1)According to the existing two-position cylinder filament winding machine's size,working conditions,operating space and the requirements of hanging movements,three automatic hanging yarn programs are developed.Select the best solution through the program comparison.(2)According to the selected hanging fiber plan,the structure of the cylinder filament winding machine is analyzed and the structure of the hanging module,the clamping module and the cutting module are designed.After that the modeling and assembly are carried out with 3D-modeling software.(3)Using the kinematics simulation software,the kinematic simulation of the hanging yarn mechanism is carried out.Through the addition of materials,constraintsand drive,the different sizes of cylinder core mold was simulation.Test the movement of each part of the body then get its movement curve.Through the theoretical design of the comparison we can test to verify the reliability of the structure.(4)Import the important parts of the hanging fiber mechanism into the finite element analysis software.Through the addition of materials,load,torque,the simulation analysis is carried out.By observing the analysis of the cloud,we can modify the design structure to meet the design criteria to ensure the strength and stiffness of the structure.We need to avoid stress concentration,large deformation and other issues.We can also optimize the structure for the large-size components to reduce the weight.Through the completion of the above design work,the mechanism of hanging fiber automatically for the two-station cylinder filament winding has been designed.Its structure is reasonable and compact,easy to work and it can solve the practical problems.In addition,the degree of automation of the winding machine has been increased.
