As an important part of new materials,resin-based fiber composite materials have been widely used since its inception by virtue of its light weight,high strength,corrosion resistance and other characteristics.At the same time,as one of the main molding processes of resin-based fiber composites,the combination of fiber winding technology and automation technology greatly improve the production efficiency of wound products.However,in the fiber winding process,the processes of fiber hanging and fiber cutting have been done by hand,which can not only guarantee the quality of fiber hanging but also reduces the efficiency of the entire winding process,besides the floating fiber dust also poses a threat to the health and safety of the operator.In this context,this paper takes the double-station winding machine as the research platform to realize the multi-station automatic fiber hanging system as the research goal.A novel trolley synchronization fiber hanging mechanism is proposed,and its structure and working principles are analyzed.According to its working parameters,the overall design of the pneumatic system and the selection of key parts have been completed.The operating parameters of the pneumatic system,the cylinder positioning method and the cylinder stroke are determined.At the same time,the calculation of the moment of inertia and the load torque in the fiber hanging device are completed and the appropriate servo motor is selected accordingly.Then,the demand analysis and function division of the fiber hanging control system are put forward in this paper according to the processes of fiber hanging device.The requirements of the controlled motion characteristics of each actuator are determined,including the position,speed and acceleration requirements of the pneumatic system and the servo motor,Combined with the current rapid development of open control system,the overall control proposal of fiber hanging mechanism is raised based on IPC and PMAC.And the logical control strategy and motion control strategy are analyzed and designed in detail to pave the way of late design of hardware and software.After that,in order to realize the specific function of the fiber hanging control system,this paper designs the overall hardware architecture of the fiber hanging control system.And it also completed the servo motor PID parameters tuning by PMAC Tuning Pro for the proper dynamic characteristics and steady-state characteristics.Besides,the logic control I / O allocation and initialization,servo drive and controller signal connection are all fulfilled according to the requirements.Finally,under the guidance of a series of software design principles,this paper designs the overall software architecture of the fiber hanging control system,and focus on the design of system initialization procedures of the PMAC,the main PLC program,motion control procedures and safety procedures.In addition,the MFC framework is used to analyze and design the human-computer interaction program of the fiber hanging control system and give the key code examples.
