The BW pipeline is located in the eastern part of the Junggar Basin and is part of the crude oil pipeline in the Central Junggar Basin.In recent years,the oil company's crude oil production continues to increase,2015 BST station will also increase the Yimu Saer heavy oil,the company's existing pipe network will have a huge impact,so the difficulty of increasing crude oil transportation.In order to ensure the safe and smooth operation of the pipeline,and to complete the annual delivery task,combined with the Xinjiang Oilfield Company Engineering Technology Research Institute program during the internship undertaken by the task,it is necessary according to the current status of the pipeline.Crude oil transportation process research,analysis may affect the operation of the pipeline to determine the economic security of the transmission program.According to the annual output of BW pipeline,two kinds of operation schemes are considered for sequential transportation and blending transportation.The BW pipe is simulated by SPS software.According to the actual operating conditions of the BW pipeline,set the shutdown pressure of the pipeline,by changing the outbound temperature,simulate the winter and summer three kinds of oil pipeline to allow the minimum volume,calculate the different power consumption and fuel costs The Based on the daily average input as the constraint condition,the mathematical model of the most economical operation scheme is established and solved.The economic operation scheme of the two modes of operation is obtained and the safety check is carried out.On the basis of the safe and economic operation plan,the simulation simulation of the pipeline shutdown and restart condition is carried out,and the change of the operating parameters such as temperature and pressure during the restart of the pipeline is obtained,which can provide reference for the shutdown and restart operation.
