Water injection is one of the main ways to supplement and improve the reservoir pressure,which is widely employed in oil production in our country.Water injection has a great influence on the stable production of oilfield,if the effect of water injection is better,the oil recovery rate would be higher.So it is meaningful to realize the improvement and innovation of water injection technology.As a crucial equipment of water injection flowrate,the flow control system plays an important role in achieving accurate water injection.However,there are many problems in the system,such as low degree of automation,poor anti-interference ability,low accuracy of water injection,etc.In order to solve these problems,this dissertation studies and designs a new flow control system for oilfield water injection,and the main research contents are as follows:Firstly,it emphasizes the importance of the flow control system in oil industry.Based on the state-of-the-art,it analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of the traditional flow control system.It also discusses the key problems of current oilfield water injection.Meanwhile,according to the actual working conditions,focusing on improving the degree of automation and the precision of flow control,the overall design of the flow control system is determined.Secondly,it researches and analyzes several control techniques employed in the flow control system.There are some problems in system,such as poor dynamic performance and low control accuracy.In view of the problems,this dissertation puts forward an idea,which applying incomplete differential PID control technology to the system,and the performance of the technique is verified by simulation.Thirdly,the design process of hardware is expounded in detail.In order to make the system have perfect control function,the chip STM32 is used as the microcontroller in the hardware,and other external function modules are applied in the hardware.These external function modules include memory module,communication module,display module and etc.In addition,some anti-interference methods are employed in the design of the hardware,such as isolation and hardware filtering.The anti-interference methods can improve the reliability of the system and reduce the influence of interference factors on the accuracy of the data.Fourth,according to the requirements of production,the software of the system is developed in a modular way.The software includes the driver,the core control program and other auxiliary programs.At the same time,the anti-interference measures are added in the design of software,which can improve the reliability of the software,and enhance the anti-interference ability of the system.Lastly,through the production and debugging of the core circuit board,making sure that the hardware system can work normally.Then the experimental platform is set up to test the whole system,and the experimental data and error are analyzed in detail.The experiment verifies the control ability and reliability of the system.The flow control system for oilfield water injection has high control accuracy and strong anti-interference ability,whose instantaneous flow control error is less than1.5%.Therefore the flow control system can meet the needs of practical engineering,and has a good application prospect.
