A pot of good tea not only needs the proper water and perfect water temperature,but also needs the appropriate tea process and the time of making tea.In the fast pace of modern life,traditional artificial hand bubble tea is gradually being replaced by canned tea which makes tea taste worse.And tea maker makes the artificial way of making tea automatic.At present,the price of domestic tea maker varies while the tea maker is not much in the true sense of tea process,which reveal that the tea maker market is in the growing stage.From the point close to the traditional tea process,this subject designed a smart tea maker based on the STC15W4K58S4 microcontroller.It completed the research design work,from initial concept design of the machine to the whole machine modeling,hardware design,software programming and interface design.Firstly,studied the working mechanism and the existing defects of the traditional tea machine,with "Three Course Tea" process for design reference and cooperated with ‘cleans’ process,the structure design projects of smart tea maker system was proposed,selected the best scheme and plotted structure diagram and the whole appearance to make the design more intuitive.Then,based on the the structure scheme,proposed each function implementation scheme of smart tea maker control system and determined the overall program.On hardware,completed the construction of the smart tea maker system hardware platform,including the schematics,PCB diagram design,selection of components,PCB board production and testing.On software,based on the modular design,wrote software program of the system to achieve various functions of smart tea maker in C language.Finally,to ensure the accuracy of the control system,verified and debugged the control system step by step.The tea maker designed by this subject has the following salient features: implemented that the upper machine controlled the lower machine via WiFi passthrough and designed PC control interface for monitoring system in the Kingview 6.55 development environment,which made it convenient to monitor system working condition and track real-time water temperature,tea embodies intelligent machines and embodied the tea machine’s intelligence;given the importance of tea water temperature in the tea brewing process,used the PID control algorithm to control the water temperature to avoid the shortcomings when the thermostat switch of the traditional tea machine makes temperature controlling imprecise;designed tea sub-level temperature compensation control scheme to avoid the risk of dry in heating process for the thermal insulation teapot system.At the end of the paper,improvements and shortcomings existing in experimental work have been described,and the future research directions were prospected and predicted.
