Research On Construction Safety Management Of LW Project Based On Hazard Management

The construction industry has palyed an important role in China's economic development.At the same time,economic development has also promoted the further development of the construction industry.Compared to other countries,China's construction industry development speed is relatively fast.But in the process of rapid development of construction industry,some problems gradually exposed,one of the more significant problem is the construction safety.Due to the particularity of the construction project,there are many hazards in the process of construction.If these hazards can not be reasonably controlled and managed,they will have more serious consequences.But as the current situation,the larger problems sill exist in the construction safety management,safety problem is still serious.The LW project studied in this paper is an integrated residential community project,which is undertaken by local private construction enterprises.Before the construction,the project department set high standards of safety management goals.But in the early construction safety problems occur frequently.It can be seen there are some problems in the process of construction safety management.Therefore,we must change the status quo of construction safety management of the LW project,to improve the level of construction safety management.Firstly,this paper summarizes the theories related to construction safety management,introduces the methods of classification,identification and evaluation of hazard sources,at the same time introduces the extension theory.This paper also analyzes the reason of choosing FMEA and extension mathematical model.Secondly,this paper analyzes the construction safety management process of LW project,and the problem of LW project in the process of construction safety was found from the point of hazard management.Finally,this paper predicts the hazards of LW project's foundation construction phase,main structure construction phase and decoration project construction phase by FMEA method,clarifies the focus of safety checks,and constructs the evaluation index system of construction safety management effect.And then the hazard management of each phase of LW project is evaluated by the extension theory model to judge whether the hazard source is in a safe state,and the corresponding improvement measure are given in combination with the calculation results,so as to improve the level of construction safety management.The research not only can improve the level of LW project construction safety management,and also can work on other project's construction safety management play a guiding role.
