With the rapid development of information technology in the construction industry,the current safety management mode does not match the rapid development of the construction industry.The emergence of BIM Technology(building information modeling)provides a new idea and direction for construction safety.How to realize effective safety management and fundamentally prevent construction safety accidents has become an urgent problem in the field of construction.Based on the research results at home and abroad,according to the construction safety management theory,referring to the construction safety inspection standard,the paper integrated BIM Technology,database technology,computer programming technology and other methods into the construction safety management,and carried out the following work:First of all,safety management in construction based on BIM Technology.The common types of construction accidents in construction are described,and the main factors leading to safety accidents are analyzed.Then the BIM technology is used to build the model,and the secondary development is used to simulate and analyze the dynamic construction process,safety education and training,and safety management,so as to realize the comprehensive management of the safety of construction.Secondly,taking a large-scale engineering project as an actual case,this paper introduces the construction engineering of case analysis,analyzes the engineering case according to the BIM model established in this paper,in-depth analysis of the dynamic monitoring of construction safety management,safety education and training and building construction safety management,give full play to the advantages of BIM technology in building construction.Through the above research,the following conclusions are drawn:First of all,the construction safety management model based on BIM is constructed.Make full use of BIM three-dimensional model,based on hazard analysis,join in the construction schedule,and build a BIM based construction safety management model.The first is to analyze the types and causes of construction accidents,use BIM Technology to establish the building model,bim-cskb software,through the secondary development to complete the dynamic construction simulation,safety inspection,safety education and training,safety management and other aspects of simulation analysis,so as to realize the overall management of construction safety.Second,taking a large-scale project as an actual case,this paper introduces the construction project,analyzes the project case according to the BIM model established in this paper,and comprehensively analyzes the dynamic monitoring,safety inspection,safety education and training,construction safety management and other aspects of construction safety management,so as to reflect the advantages of BIM Technology.Secondly,the BIM model under the secondary development platform of Revit is constructed and demonstrated with a case study.Using Revit modeling software and visual Studio development platform,Revit secondary development technology for the extraction and judgment of specific data information,through the Programming language to convert the knowledge item in the form of text into the computer language recognized by Revit software,effectively identify the construction safety factors and take pre-control measures,through case analysis and application of this management model,the feasibility of this model is verified.This paper obtains the construction safety management model based on BIM,and applies BIM Technology to the construction safety management,which is helpful to improve the safety management level in the construction field at present,reduce or avoid the occurrence of safety production accidents,reduce the loss of people's life and property,and improve the social benefits of enterprises Righteousness.
