Main shaft is an important part of the mine hoist,which is the key components of the mine hoist.The design of the main shaft is property affect the lifetime and the efforts of using of mine hoist.The expansion cylinder bear the weight of load and the pressure of the steel wire directly.The design and produce of the expansion cylinder is property affect the safe and the efficiency of coal mine production.The support wheel as the key component connect the main shaft and the expansion cylinder,The intension is very important.It is very necessary to redesign,strength design and optimization design the main shaft and the expansion cylinder in order to improve its reliability and adaptability,aiming mainly at the problem appeared during the using in mine.However,large enterprises need a lot of money to buy specialized software,SMEs can,t be designed because of have not enough funds.In the use,SMEs needs to training a large number of technical personnel if they want to fully use these expensive professional software,which will consume a large amount of human resources.In the operation,SMEs can not guarantee the correctness of software operation as it is the new software.On the technical side,due to small and medium enterprises do not have specialized technical personnel,the results can not ensure the correctness due to SMEs do not have specialized technical personnel.Therefore,it is particularly important to establish a Web-based mine hoist key parts and components of CAE analysis in order to shorten the gap between SMEs and large enterprises,strengthen their cooperation,reduce the large number of unnecessary software investment,improve the country's overall research and production level.This paper do parametric modeling through the three-dimensional modeling software and parameter analysis through the finite element analysis software Ansys to ensure that APDL file apply to the modified model.After that,we make the parametric modeling and the APDL file storage to the server.Finally we use VB.NET language in the ASP.NET platform to establish a Website for user to download and modified model,call ansys to anslysis the modified model through the Web.By solving the model the upload and download function,parametric APDL file formation,remote invocation of the finite element analysis software,remote into the model and customer service online and other functions to achieve the system of intelligent analysis,user only need download and modified model,input the necessary data in the Web page.The analysis process 1s done automatically on the server side.This system shorten the gap between SMEs and large enterprises,reduce unnecessary business investment,release the labor intensity of the design staffs,speed up the design and analysis speed,shorten the design cycle and improve design quality,and made SMEs personnel can also analysis the needed in the absence of professional and technical personnel.At the same time,through this way can also saving a lot of money in software spending and training of technical personnel,promote contact between the SMEs and large enterprises,greatly improves the enterprise development,and make the soft,hardware resources play a due role.The system particularly important to improve China's overall level of research in mine hoist,increase market competitiveness,improved productivity and reduces material loss rate.Currently,the system has been practically applied by CAE public service platform for Shanxi Province Science and Technology platform of mine mechanical.The research and development of this system,basic realization of the research objectives of the subject.
