At present most of the existing production management pattern of our country in the textile enterprises,the statistics of various data are calculated manually.Because of this way is easy to be affected by subjective factors,not only high costs and low efficient and it is difficult to ensure the timeliness and accuracy of the data collected.To solve the problems above,the author designed and developed a STM32-based data collection system of loom production.System consists of acquisition system,data acquisition terminal monitoring system of two parts.It can timely and accurately perception the looms running data and the environmental data affecting the ability of the loom production site.This project was supported by the government sponsored research the development and demonstration of the key technology of combined application(NO.2014BAF07B00).After reading on the basis of a large number of literature at home and abroad,through the enterprise production and management of research and demand analysis,analyzed the key technologies of the STM32-based data collection system of loom running,developed and realized the system.The main work is as follows:(1)Analyzed the current status of data collection system at home and abroad.(2)Deeply research the present situation of our country textile enterprise production management mode,the business requirements,loom weaving equipment as well as the production process,and other factors influencing the production of textiles.(3)Designed and developed the data collection terminal which STM32F407VGT6 as the core processor,through which the production data of loom runni ng and temperature and humidity of workshop can be collected and processed t imely.(4)Aim at the multi-source heterogeneous characteristic of data.Research a nd constructing a data integration middleware based on heterogeneous data sour ces,meet the upper application data needed.(5)On this basis,cooperation with an enterprise of woolen mill,developed t he machine running status data acquisition monitoring system,the core function s and key parts were field tested,realized the real-time monitoring to collect,t he fusion,storage and statistics.The results of the practical test have been approved by the company.Verified the effectiveness of the system.Maps:48,tables:12 and references:79.
