| As career management is an important content of the human resources management theory,career management is directly related to whether individual career goals can be successfully implemented.In addition,career management plays a decisive role in the realization of organizational targets.However,the staffing of employees is always a particularly important issue which is hard to be tackled in the tobacco enterprises.Considering the increase of the skill level of employees with the accumulation of work experience,the occupation career development goals and opportunities can be successfully devised and implemented with the consideration.The implementation of career management is of great significance to both of individuals and enterprise in tobacco enterprises.In this paper,we study on case research which is based on the occupation career management of Xiamen cigarette factory employees.Firstly,we introduce the occupation career management research status at home and abroad,and then elaborates on the theory of occupation career management,incentive theory and training in first part.The second part investigates the satisfaction degree of the first line employees in Xiamen cigarette factory through three aspects,including describing the development situation of Xiamen cigarette factory,using the questionnaire and interview method.According to the questionnaire analysis,we discuss the existing problems of Xiamen cigarette factory employee occupation career,including the little opportunity of development of occupation employees’self-realization,the fuzzy of self-perception,the rigid training form,the narrow development channel,and the lack of occupation career planning in the third part.Furthermore,we analyze the causes of the problems mainly include the lack of staff quality assessment techniques and methods,the design of channel occupation is not clear enough,the staff training system is not perfect,the lack of occupation information system and performance appraisal system and occupation career management does not match in forth part.Finally,we make a series of suggestions to improve Xiamen cigarette factory employee occupation career management,such as developing staff quality assessment;devising occupation development channel;optimizing employee training system;strengthening the employee occupation stage management,providing the smooth implementation of ideas,mechanism,talent introduction supporting management system,and corporate culture etc.to protect the Xiamen cigarette factory employee occupation career management.State owned economy is dominant in china,the importance of state owned enterprises in developing countries can’t be ignored.However,state-owned enterprises are lack of employee occupation career management in the actual management.With this background,this paper not only introduces the foreign advanced research results on the management of employees of occupation career,but also encourages our state-owned enterprises to introduce as a useful reference for the human resource management.It provides a practical reference for the practice of employee occupation career management. |
