| In the new era,economic society and scientific and technological construction are changing rapidly.The development of economic globalization not only brings opportunities to enterprises,but also brings enormous development pressure.An enterprise in order to achieve better development in the industry,we must continue to break through,continuous innovation.State-owned enterprises should also closely follow the pace of national construction.How to establish an effective training system of human resource management to meet the need of talent succession development in enterprises during the key period of implementing the strategy of strengthening enterprises with talents in an all-round way,which coincides with the important year of the reform of state-owned enterprises in China,it is a realistic and urgent problem for LH oilfield company to optimize its training management process and method.In this paper,LH oilfield company as the Research Object,through questionnaire survey,literature research,summary and other methods,LH oilfield company staff training management in-depth investigation of the status quo,this paper combines the modern enterprise training theory with the reform and development reality of Oilfield Enterprises,analyzes the main problems existing in the enterprise training management at present,finds out the root causes of the problems,and puts forward some countermeasures on this basis.From the training organization,Training Plan,training system,training needs analysis,some suggestions and suggestions are put forward to make long-term training demand plan,scientific training plan,perfect training incentive system and innovate training methods.Through the research of this paper,it can effectively provide the talents service guarantee for the high-quality development of LH oilfield company during the 14 th five-year plan period,and also provide certain reference for the talents training management of the same kind of petroleum industry,of immediate and practical significance. |
