The new generation of employees is a hot issue in the field of human resources management.They attach importance to their professional growth and development and pursue their own goals.Based on the perspective of career growth theory,this paper studies the training of new generation employees,and takes a leading company in the paint industry,M Corporation,as the object of the paper.Through investigation,it is found that the current six generations of new-generation employees cannot meet the career growth of the new-generation employees.The first is that the company is beginning to realize the need to meet the needs of employees’ career growth,but has not yet formed a systematic plan.Implementation has not begun.The second is the lack of matching between the ability elements in the growth stage and the ability elements in the training,and no personalized plan for the characteristics of the new generation of employees.The third is that the training system is perfect,but the flexibility is not enough.There is no training for the new generation of employees in the key period of different career growth stages.Staff training is still conducted according to the original corporate university training system,and the training is not relevant and targeted.Fourth,the training work meets the weak combination of employee career growth and corporate strategic development,the training thinking needs to be changed,and training attention is insufficient.Fifth,the training content and methods are not targeted.Sixth,training incentives,supervision,and evaluation are insufficient.Finally,for the above problems,the company has optimized the training of the new generation of employees for career growth.For example,the establishment of a career growth-oriented training demand analysis mechanism,innovation of career growth-oriented training content and training methods,and creation of job growth Oriented training evaluation system improves training effect.And formulate corresponding guarantee measures,such as strengthening the training organization guarantee oriented to career growth,perfect the training incentive system oriented to career growth,and build a corporate culture based on career growth oriented and strategic combination.The research results of this article will help M company to carry out targeted training of new generation employees,improve the career growth of new generation employees,and have certain reference significance for other companies in the industry to optimize the training of new generation employees.
