At present,the cabinet industry has entered a stage of rapid development with the take-off of the national economy and the prosperity of the real estate industry.However,due to the low threshold of the cabinet industry,many companies and individuals have joined this industry.Its previous plant planning and design were unreasonable,unsystematic,and unscientific.At the same time,it also cause chaos in process layout,unbalanced and unstable production system,unreasonable equipment selection,difficulty in on-site operation,and inability to meet consumer product diversity.Therefore,research the capacity process layout of custom cabinet factory to meet the rapidly growing demand for the furniture market.This article research the capacity process layout of the custom kitchen cabinet factory with a production capacity of 850 sets/day,specific analysis and design of melamine and plastic products’ process flow,intelligent hardware sorting system,intelligent storage system and reasonable layout of factory facilities,simultaneous use of information data transmission system,The main work is as follows:(1)At present,base on cabinet factory disposition of process layout,unbalanced and unstable production system,unreasonable equipment selection,design a flexible and intelligent production mode,scientific and rational process layout,and information operation of factory.(2)Innovative basic hardware and functional hardware "Picking medicine" traditional manual production mode,research intelligent hardware sorting system,reduce labor intensity and improve hardware configuration efficiency.(3)Change traditional inventory management methods and research intelligent storage systems,WMS system and ERP system data sharing in time,reduce warehouse land,reduce the workload,speed up cargo access,achieve the overall optimization of the system.(4)In order to reduce blind investments(such as the purchase of inappropriate or unnecessary equipment),the repeated construction of the infrastructure(Electronic saws and PVC machine are not pre-reserved,the air volume of the dust system is too small,Re-excavation construction in the later period)and the complexity of the cabinet factory construction.This article has rationally research the custom factory,auxiliary facilities and living facilities.Not only reduce production costs,stable product quality,improve the production site environment,but also can reduce the labor intensity of workers.
