Effect On Treatment Of Chicken Manure And Tylosin Fermentative Residue By Hermetia Illucens L. And Study On The Feed Value Of Insect Body

The development of animal husbandry produces a large number of livestock and other wastes.Irrational and excessive use of veterinary drugs causes the serious problem of residual drug residues.The pollution of livestock and poultry manure has become the bottleneck of agricultural development in China.Industrial production of antibiotics brings a large number of residues rich in organic substances and residual drugs,endangering human and animal health.The larvae feed on kitchen waste,rotting bodies of animals and plants,animal manure and other organic matter ect.It is recommended as the source of animal feed protein by FAO for insect body protein.More than that,the larvae can inhibit the grow of pathogenic microbes of the feces,and control the breeding of Musca domestica in the feces by eating manure.That can prevent and control epidemic diseases in farms.The effect of a treatment on chicken manure and drug content in the antibiotic fermented residue by the Hermetia illucens L.larvae were preliminarily studied.And the larvae being fed on chicken manure,were proved the feed value through the component and health indicators of larvae,chicken and eggs.Specific research methods and results are as followed:Treatment effect on chicken manure by the larvae was studies.The results showed that: after 15 days,the chicken manure by treatment of the larvae became loose from viscous state,and were smelled lighter.The same weight and 60% water content of chicken manure were treated by different number of larvae.When the density was 12000/kg and 24000/kg,the reduction rate of chicken manure was similar,the 36000/kg was higer than other two groups 14.19%?12.66%.With the more the number of the larvae,the treatment effect on chicken manure was remarkable,the decrease rate of chicken manure was increased.The larvae of 36000/kg were separately fed on the chicken manure stacked for 7 cm,13 cm,the larvae in the group of 7 cm ate even more than the 13 cm,and the differentia of decrease rate between two groups was 10.58%.Being detected the water content,the group of 13 cm was 45.25%,higher than that of the 7 cm of 37.10% and the fermented chicken manure 38.85%.Under the experimental conditions,the larvae could reduce water content and weight of chicken manure.The higher thickness was an unfavourable factor for the use of chicken manure by the larvae.And the thickness of stool stacking had an effect on the treatment effect.The detection of the content of Tylosin in fermentative residue by the larvae was discussed by being established of the extraction method of Tylosin in drug residue and HPLC.The first detection of Tylosin content of untreated antibiotic fermentation residue on the 0 day were used as reference values.The content of Tylosin after the treatment of the larvae decreased by 77.10%.And the untreated group only decreased by 49.65% on the 33 days.Compared with data of the two groups,Tylosin content changes significantly(P<0.05).It proved proved that the larvae could accelerate degradation of Tylosin.The study on the larvae treatment effects of drug residue of antibiotics for the first time was with a certain degree of innovation.That provided reference to the development and utilization of the larvae of the insect protein.And it broaden the scope of reach on the larvae in biological safety.The research that the hens were fed by Hermetia illucens L.larvae for 10 days was carried out.The result was that the laying performance of the test group was not different from the control group(P>0.05),and the component and health indicators of chicken and eggs are not abnormal compared with the control group.Based on the result above,the larvae conformed to the feed standard,and could be used as animal protein feed.No animal borne diseases by the larvae were not occurred on the chicken in the experimental periodIn summary,the results of the larvae with chicken manure and antibiotic fermentative residue,showed that the water content of chicken manure and chicken manure capacities were declining after the larvae's treatment.And Tylosin content in the fermentation residue degraded faster.Meanwhile the feed value of the larvae fed on chicken manure were proved for no obvious effect on some relevant index of chickens and eggs.
