In the process of using NC(numerical control)machine tools,at some certain speeds,the vibration of machine tools will become very intense,which is very unfavorable for machining.In view of this phenomenon,this paper presents a rapid detection and vibration avoidance method for spindle speed of NC machine tool in instruction domain.Using the advantage of the instruction domain,the method can quickly detect the resonant speed of the spindle of the machine tool,and use the test results to realize the automatic circumvention of the resonant speed of the machine tool spindle.The main work of this article is divided into the following aspects.The principle of spindle resonance speed detection method based on instruction domain is studied and summarized.It includes the introduction of instruction domain and the principle of resonance speed detection and the principle of self-excitation of spindle operation.On the basis of these research and exploration,the specific design of the method is elaborated,and the accuracy and reliability of the method are verified.The extraction process of spindle resonance speed is introduced.The extraction process includes two parts: time synchronization data acquisition and instruction domain data processing.In the data collection,the transmission form of vibration data is explored and realized,and the method of obtaining the internal data of the numerical control system is introduced.In data processing,the method of data mapping processing in instruction domain is expounded,In addition,an acceleration integration algorithm which uses filtering to remove trend item is designed,and its accuracy and practicability are verified.In the use of the detection results,a spindle resonance speed circumvention module at the NC system terminal is designed and implemented.The spindle speed of the machine tool is monitored by the result of pre-input detection.When the resonance speed is detected,the speed of the spindle can be automatically adjusted to the pre-adjustment,and the purpose of optimizing the machining is achieved.Based on the previous research and exploration and development examples,the practical engineering application tests on different machine tools are carried out on various occasions.The results show that the method has a good practical application effect in the condition monitoring of the machine tools,the resonance speed detection of the spindle and the machining optimization of the machine tools.
