Research On Problems And Countermeasures In City Environmental Governance

With the development of industry,agriculture and economy,urban environmental damage is becoming more and more serious in recent years.The government has always been the main body of environmental problems and plays an increasingly important role in the governance of environmental problems,but with the development of market economy,the government will also fail in environmental governance.The urban environment is a public good that can be enjoyed by every member living in the urban environment,but while enjoying the benefits of the urban environment,it should also be recognized that the pursuit of economic benefits is simply pursued.Will cause people to live day by day the city environment suffers the damage.Taking the present situation of environmental governance in Wangcheng District of Changsha City as an example,it is found that there are some deficiencies in the governance environment of Wangcheng District of Changsha City,such as imperfect environmental infrastructure and lack of supervision of environmental legislation.The lack of a coordinated ecological and economic development has led to an increasingly prominent environmental problem in Wangcheng,Therefore,we should actively call on the local government and people to join the army of environmental governance actively,so as to work hard for the sustainable development of economy and the long-term interests of people,so as to play a better role in the urban environment.This paper first describes the research background and significance,the current research situation at home and abroad,the main content and research methods of this paper,the innovation of this paper.Then the paper expounds the core concepts and theoretical basis of environmental governance,including the definition and characteristics of environmental governance,the principles of environmental governance,the importance of environmental governance and the theoretical basis of environmental governance.Then it mainly talks about the current situation and problems of environmental management in Wangcheng District of Changsha City.Its present situation is mainly strengthened by organized leadership,the supporting facilities are improved,and the capital investment is continuously increased;the problems are lack of environmental protection publicity.Lack of multiple environmental governance,inadequate infrastructure services,lack of environmental protection legislation.According to the problems existing in environmental governance,the causes of environmental problems are found out,which are mainly due to the fact that China is still in the society.In the early stage of development,government governance has been in the main position for a long time,thus affecting the pluralistic environmental governance and so on.Finally,the measures of environmental problems in Wangcheng District of Changsha City are mainly described.The measures include strengthening environmental protection publicity,actively seeking multiple governance modes,perfecting environmental infrastructure services,and strengthening the legislation of environmental protection.Based on the environmental status quo of Wangcheng District of Changsha City,this paper analyzes the existing problems in environmental governance of Wangcheng City,and draws lessons from the experience of domestic and foreign governance,and sums up the countermeasures and future trends of the problems.
