Vibration is a common testing method in engineering applications.According to the different environment of equipment,we can choose online monitoring or offline monitoring.The warpping paper machine runs continuously for 7×24 hours,which requires high quality of equipment maintenance.It is not easy to identify fault(especially hidden danger)by relying solely on human senses and experience.The combination of vibration monitoring technology and artificial senses can solve this problem well.At the' same time,in view of the cost and diagnostic accuracy,the paper machine should choose the composite monitoring and diagnosis mode,which is mainly based on on-line monitoring and supplemented by off-line monitoring.The speed of paper machine operated in this study is about 1000 m/min,and the focus of monitoring is roller,decelerator and motor.It is found that the fault of inner ring of roller bearing is the compound fault of bearing failure and loose fault.Gearbox gear fault can be located by vibration velocity time domain map.The fault of the rotor guide bar of the motor is represented by the pole-through-frequency sideband of the motor frequency.Changing the elastic coefficient or quality of the roller can alleviate the resonance in the pressure area.Through several cases,the paper has studied four kinds of malfunction of roller bearing,reducer gear,motor rotor guide bar and pressure zone resonance.With the help of frequency spectrum,time domain diagram,trend map,waterfall map and field sound,the laws of different faults are summed up,and the professional staff can locate the fault accurately and avoid the second damage of the equipment.The vibration monitoring needs equipment input,but also has certain requirements to the personnel,therefore this article unifies the paper machine monitoring point number to analyze the actual vibration monitoring operation situation.The results has shown that in order to guarantee the cycle monitoring for less than 2 months,a paper machine should be equipped with 1-2 professional diagnostics and analysts,and for factories with multiple production lines in the same area,the establishment of vibration monitoring team can improve the efficiency of vibration monitoring.On the other hand,through collecting the actual operation data of paper machine,it is concluded that vibration monitoring can improve the time efficiency of paper machine by more than 1%per year.At the same time,it is found that vibration monitoring has little effect on the maintenance cost of machinery,but it can avoid the loss of profit caused by failure under uncontrollable condition up to 8.976 million yuan per year.The purpose of this study is to provide paper machine vibration monitoring standard for industry personnel.
