Research On Risk Management Of A Company's Blast Furnace Gas Holder Project Construction Project

Since the beginning of twenty-first Century,the constant improvement in the field of social economy and market economy had promoted the rapid development of China's iron and steel industry.Nowadays,the domestic production capacity is too large in steel industry,and the risk of construction projects is also increasing.The blast furnace gas cabinet as one of the most important equipment in the steel plant,has a certain particularity.Many uncertainties,namely the risk,must be faced in the gas holder construction project.Additionally,it is possible to bright over time,cost overruns,source waste and even some serious consequences,which will directly affect the development of steel industry.Therefore,it is of great significance to strengthen the research of project risk management and to develop the corresponding measures for the construction.First of all,this paper briefly describes the purpose and significance,and puts forward the necessity of project risk study.Compared to the research of domestic and overseas,it states the contents and methods of the study.Secondly,it summarizes the relevant theory of the project risk management system,and explains the definition and characteristics of the risk,the engineering project risk of identification,analysis,response,control and other stages are described in detail as well as.Finally,taking the project of A company for an example,the background and characteristics of the engineering project are illustrated,and the requirements of project risk management is described clearly.The analytical hierarchy process is used to analyze the project risk assessment,especially the common risk factors.It is ranked the importance of risk factors according to the weight and managed in classification.Sequentially,it could be established a reasonable risk coping strategy,and some corresponding control measures of the important risk factors are presented.This study is based on the current situation of blast furnace gas holder engineering project in the steel plant.With the relevant theory and methods of the construction project risk management,the risk could be identified and analyzed,and the corresponding risk prevention measures are put forward for A company.The project risk of steel plant is reduced,and the competitiveness is improved.Meanwhile,the risk identification,risk analysis,risk response and risk control methods,which has general applicability,are not only suitable for the blast furnace gas holder engineering project,but also can be extended to the steel plant construction proects in general.
