With society becomes more and more competitive,as a high incidence psychological problem,job burnout has already existed in all walks of life,and as early as the age of the trend.Job burnout is a state that employees are in the long-term emotional loss caused by work fatigue,numbness,indifferent and inefficient.Beginning in the 1970s of the last century,foreign scientists on this phenomenon has given greater attention.Currently,employees after 80's in the workplace have played an increasingly important role,but because of pressure from the life,work and other aspects,they have been appeared a phenomenon of burnout,such as work enthusiasm is not high,interpersonal indifference,the work of the negative attitude,no ambitious,and the high turnover rate.All these reflect youth after 80's have already appeared burnout.Thus,the study of young employees after 80's job burnout has a certain theoretical and practical significance,has important significance in promoting enterprise development and social stability.Study of job burnout more concentrated in teachers,doctors,police and other particular service industries in China,it was little in employees of state-owned enterprises of the steel industry.This article bases on Han Steel young staffs after 80's as the research object,through literature and employees after 80's on-site interviews,develops questionnaire that influences Han Steel young staffs after 80's job burnout factors.Empirical analysis results job burnout situation of Han Steel young staffs after 80's,explores factors affecting job burnout to understand the job burnout status and causes of the entire steel industry young workers after 80's.Finally,this paper presents suggestions to eliminate job burnout from establishing job rotation system,optimizing pay incentive system,clearing career planning,establishing career path,implementing youth sunshine growth plans,playing a unifying role of corporate culture and so on,and pointed out the shortcomings and possible direction for further research in the future.Not only in theory,it enriches the study of job burnout in state-owned steel industry,but also has some guidance value to improve young employees after 80's job satisfaction and happiness index,and reduce job burnout.
