With the acceleration of China’s market-oriented transformation,the competition among enterprises is increasingly intensified driven by marketization,and the core of the competition among enterprises is talent.Therefore,it is particularly important to deeply explore enterprise human resource management and improve the efficiency of enterprise employee management.Under the market-oriented economy,employees bear more job functions and responsibilities,which also brings more psychological pressure to employees.When the pressure in work,life and other aspects comes one after another,employees will feel job burnout.Job burnout not only affects the physical and mental health of employees,but also reduces their satisfaction and work efficiency,thus affecting the long-term development of enterprises.Therefore,this study takes Enterprise A as an example to analyze the current situation,problems and causes of employee burnout in the context of its transformation and upgrading and green development.This research adopts literature research method and questionnaire survey method to conduct research and analysis on Enterprise A,so as to conduct in-depth analysis on the current situation of enterprise A’s job burnout and its influencing factors.Firstly,this study summarizes the concept and measurement methods of burnout by literature research.Influencing factors of job burnout;"Three dimension theory" and "job matching theory" provide theoretical basis for this study.Secondly,A survey was conducted on the current situation and influencing factors of employee burnout in Enterprise A by means of questionnaire survey and interview.It was concluded that mild burnout and moderate burnout accounted for the highest proportion of employees in A state-owned enterprise.A enterprise has significant age difference in job burnout,and employees aged from 41 to 50 have strong job burnout.There is A significant educational difference in job burnout in Enterprise A.The higher the educational background,the lower the job burnout.There is A significant difference in job burnout among employees of Enterprise A,and the job burnout among management personnel and technical employees is relatively high.Path analysis shows that work pressure,salary system,promotion system and organizational support have significant influence on job burnout.In order of influence level,the promotion system,> salary system,>,supports the work pressure of >.Then,through the interview method,in-depth analysis of the impact of job stress,salary system,promotion system and organizational support on the causes of job burnout was carried out to enhance the depth of this study.Finally,the optimization measures of job burnout influencing factors obtained from questionnaires and interviews were analyzed,and the optimization measures of job dimension(work pressure),organizational dimension(salary system,promotion system)and external support dimension(organizational support)were proposed respectively.
