| From the arrival of the economic crisis of 2008,iron and steel enterprises,from the high profit peak end fall into the low profit or even losses trough,as a large state-owned enterprises in Handan Iron and steel company,production and management also encountered unprecedented difficulties,Handan Iron and steel to actively respond to the severe market situation and management to further strengthen and take the vigorously synergism of depletion of numbers and other measures,only in 2014 repaying of the association of industry and trade is up to 6000 more than person,the staff working pressure increased sharply.In addition,from life and other aspects of the pressure,the employee such as complain that work overload,wage income is low,the conflict with the management system,industry and trade are not serious,to lose enthusiasm for such phenomenon,show that employees have job burnout.Job burnout not only on the staff of the emotional and physical and mental health has a negative effect,but can also cause staff instability,resulting in decreased work efficiency of staff,reduce the quality of work,leading to accidents,quality accidents and equipment accidents occur frequently,and even the emergence of major accidents,is extremely detrimental to the production and operation of the company and the reform and development.Therefore,it is very important to research the Handan employee burnout problem.This paper in Handan Iron and steel production manufacturing department staff as the research object,the reference of the theory,through the design of Job Burnout Questionnaire,find out the Handan Iron and steel production manufacturing staff burnout status,empirical analysis causes of job burnout of employees,on the base of it,work out measures to improve the status of job burnout of employees.Through the research on job burnout,in order to effectively prevent employee burnout phenomenon occurs,the organization shall implement the people-oriented concept,pay attention to employee mental health,timely for the employees decompression;attaches great importance to the education and training of staff and career development,help to do career planning;to establish a fair and equitable to staff performance evaluation system,improve the incentive mechanism;management to improve the art of leadership,clear responsibilities and roles,to reduce staff negative emotions. |
