Study On The Compilation Of Air Pollution Source Emission Inventory In X City,Shandong Province

In recent years,with the development of the economy and the acceleration of urbanization,serious environmental pollution has occurred,and the air quality is not optimistic.Haze and acid rain occur frequently,which seriously affects people’s health.Nowadays,air pollution has become a factor that constrains economic development and endangering people’s health.The people’s governments at the national,provincial and municipal levels have also paid more and more attention to the problem of air pollution,and have issued a number of policies and regulations to carry out air pollution prevention and control work.In order to find out the bottom,it is more purposeful to fight the battle against atmospheric pollution.Starting in 2017,various places have begun to prepare the inventory of atmospheric pollution sources.The list of atmospheric pollution source discharges refers to the collection of the amount of atmospheric pollutants emitted by various pollution sources into the atmosphere based on the classification of pollution sources in a specific geographical area(Ministry of Environmental Protection of the People’s Republic of China,2014).This paper studies the current status of air pollution sources in X City of Shandong Province,and establishes a local emission source classification and classification system containing 10 kinds of pollution sources and 9 kinds of pollutants.The research on each pollution source has established different research plans for various pollution sources.The classification survey form investigates the activity level of the pollution source,and entrusts the software company to develop the air pollution source inventory filing system to ensure the smooth development of the data investigation work;the material balance algorithm and the emission coefficient method are used to calculate the emissions of the main pollutants of each pollution source.Through data aggregation and data verification,a database of urban air pollution source emissions inventory was established.The main results of this study:compiled a relatively well-developed list of air pollution sources in Shandong X City,covering all aspects of atmospheric emissions in the whole society,and established detailed base data for the air pollution situation in X City of Shandong.Through the analysis of the distribution rate of major pollutants in various pollution sources,it is concluded that Shandona X City is a heavy industry city mainly based on fossil fuels.The main pollutants in the atmosphere are concentrated in fixed combustion sources,process sources,mobile sources and solvents.Sources and sources of dust provide a scientific basis for environmental research and poliot formulation in X City,Shandong Province.
